We’re certain to satisfy all of your tastebuds with a specialty Mediteranean-meets-Atlanta brunch menu by Chef Lofti, music by Atlanta’s best DJs and featured bottle service by our spirit partners: Veuve Clicquot and Belvedere.
Meet Our Chef
Born and raised in the Mediterranean region. Growing up, he watched and learned from his mother as she taught his four sister her traditional ways of cooking, methods she learned from her mother. Lotfi has worked in the hospitality industry since 1975. He mastered every position gaining knowledge in both the front and the back of the house; from Line Cook to Assistant Chef and Sommelier.
In 1979, Lotfi wanted to extend his knowledge so he traveled to England, where he worked in some of the top hotels and cruise ship lines around the world. Lotfi joined the Q.E.2 in 1983 to broaden his knowledge of different cuisine around the globe.
Lotfi came to the U.S in 1986, where he started working in one of the most exclusive private clubs in Florida where he became a consultant for ‘Art Smith’ former Oprah Winfrey’s personal chef. In 1995, Lotfi graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, which lead to an internship at one of the top ten hotels in the world, the Windsor Court located in New Orleans.
In 1996, Lofti joined US military base in Germany to train and upgrade one of the officer’s club as a Executive chef and Restaurant Manager. In 1998, Chef Lotfi came to Atlanta to work at Cherokee T.C.C with Chef Paul Satory, a U.S gold medal winner of Paul Bocuse.
Lotfi then decided to give his personal touch to be a private chef for high profile families and celebrities, which made him well known around Atlanta. In 2006, Lotfi then decided to open his own restaurant in Atlanta. He is the former owner of two restaurants, Couscous and Perla Taqueria.
